Chop 2 bunches of fresh organic parsley
Add 4 cups of boiling hot water
Steep for 15-30 min
Let the tea cool
Drink during the day
1 green apple
1/2 a bunch of parsley
1 handful of spinach leaves
2 stalks of celery
1/2 a lemon
1/2 an inch of ginger(optional)
1 cup of bulgur wheat
1 bunch of spring onion
1 bunch of parsley
5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
Place bulgur wheat in a bowl,
chop parsley and onion and add them to the bowl
Dice tomatoes add them to the bowl
Add lemon juice freshly squeezed, olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper
2-3 ripe avocados
Dice 2-3 tomatoes
Dice 1 onion
Finely chop ½ a bunch of parsley
Mash avocados, add the rest of ingredients. Add a pinch of salt, pepper.
Mix everything well. Serve immediately with chips.
Parsley beauty mask
1 tablespoon of whole milk organic yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of slippery elm
1/2 a bunch of parsley leaves
1/2 of a lemon
Squeeze lemon into a blender, add the rest of ingredients. Blend them well.
Apply the mask over the face, eyes and neck.
Lie down and relax for 15 min.
Wash the mask off with cool water.
