How can we make our lives healthier and stop sugar addiction.  It’s not as simple as it seems; however, not entirely impossible.  Let’s start with the fact that we can’t avoid sugar since all plants contain sugar.  We should however separate bad sugar from good sugar.  Sugar found in plants is good, and sugar found in cakes, pastries, soft drinks etc. is really bad sugar causing weight gain and countless health problems.  It’s really difficult or even close to impossible to eliminate sugar, but it’s very possible to substitute bad sugar with good sugar.
